- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 60 ml
- Milk: 230 ml

Mix all the dry ingredients well: flour, cocoa (often replaced with carob), flax flour, sugar, baking soda.
- Wheat flour grade 2: 125 g
- Cocoa powder: 40 g
- Flaxseed flour: 50 g
- Sugar: 100 g
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
