Sugar-Free Energy Bars in 3 Minutes

Sugar-free energy bars are a quick and healthy snack that incorporates the best ingredients for an active lifestyle. This recipe comes from American cuisine, where convenience and speed of preparation are valued. The bars are based on apple and banana for natural sweetness, oats for energy and fiber, and flaxseed, sunflower seeds, and poppy seeds for texture and healthy fats. Coconut flakes add a light exotic note, while honey brings all the components together in a harmonious flavor. They are prepared in just minutes in the microwave and become crispy and aromatic after a short drying period. An ideal option for breakfast, a snack on the go, or post-workout. The simplicity of preparation and natural ingredients make these bars indispensable for those who value health and convenience.

And now the most important part. We spread our bars thinly on parchment with our fingers and put them in the microwave for 3-4 minutes (it varies for everyone). I made 15 such bars in 3 batches.

We take them out of the microwave and let our bars dry. Then we enjoy. Bon appétit!
