Black currant and strawberry pie is a delicate pastry with a summer aroma and vibrant flavor. This dessert originates from Russian cuisine, where berry pastries have always held a special place at family gatherings. Black currants add tartness to the pie, while strawberries provide juiciness and sweetness, creating a perfect balance of flavors. The dough is soft, airy, and infused with vanilla aroma. The finished pie looks appealing thanks to the berries adorning its top. It can be served warm or chilled, complemented by a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a cup of fragrant tea. This is the perfect treat for cozy evenings and summer gatherings with loved ones.
