Place all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl and set to 'Dough' mode.
- Wheat flour: 450 g
- Milk: 260 ml
- Butter: 75 g
- Sugar: 40 g
- Salt: 5 g
- Dry yeast: 7 g

Boil the beef, cut it into pieces so they can pass freely through the loading hole. Install in the meat grinder with a medium-sized grid and grind the meat.

Grease the baking tray with sunflower oil and arrange the dough for the pies. Place them in a warm place to rise.
