Cottage cheese soufflé with apple is a delicate and airy dessert of Russian cuisine that combines simplicity and exquisite taste. This recipe originates from the traditions of home baking, where fresh ingredients are transformed into a refined treat. The light texture of the soufflé reveals the creamy flavor of the cottage cheese, complemented by the natural sweetness of the apple, which adds a slight tartness and refreshing note to the dessert. Serving with cinnamon enhances the aroma, making it perfect for a cozy tea time. It is quick to prepare, making it an excellent option for breakfast or a light dessert after lunch. The soufflé can be stored in the refrigerator, preserving its softness and rich flavor, making it a convenient and versatile treat.

1
Peel the apple (if it's store-bought, not homegrown), grate it on a medium grater, and add cottage cheese and an egg.
- Apple: 1 piece
- Cottage cheese: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
2
Mix all ingredients with a fork. It may turn out a bit runny, but don't worry - that's how it should be!
3
Then fill the molds to the top (the dough is not understood).
4
Place the soufflé in molds and bake in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then check - if the cottage cheese still sticks to your finger, it needs to bake for a couple more minutes.
5
Serve the apple soufflé on a plate, sprinkled with cinnamon. The soufflé can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
- Apple: 1 piece
