Pancakes with mineral water

My child loves these pancakes, they go well with any filling, and if you sprinkle them with sugar, you can eat them with tea. Bon appetit and have a delicious Maslenitsa.

All ingredients should be at room temperature. First, mix the milk and egg.
- Milk: 300 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Then we add sparkling water, sugar, and salt. We mix everything well.
- Mineral water: 300 ml
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the dough, mixing everything well with a whisk.
- Butter: 40 g

Gradually add flour, mixing with a whisk until smooth to avoid lumps. When adding flour, ensure the dough has a consistency like liquid kefir.
- Wheat flour: 200 g

The batter turns out liquid, just right for thin pancakes.

The pan needs to be heated, and carefully pour the batter with a ladle, spreading it over the entire surface of the pan.

Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.

Stack the pancakes, greasing each with butter; you can also sprinkle sugar on them if you like sweeter pancakes.
