To prepare the dough, mix room temperature butter with sugar and salt, add milk and stir, then add yeast and gradually incorporate sifted flour, knead the dough until it is not sticky to the hands and has a stretchy consistency.
- Butter: 50 g
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Milk: 310 ml
- Dry yeast: 2 g
- Premium wheat flour: 600 g

Place the dough in a warm place and let it rise for about 30 minutes, then knead it and leave it for another 30 minutes.

For the filling, finely chop the onion and mix it with the minced meat, add salt and pepper, and mix.

- Ground beef: 400 g
- Minced pork: 150 g
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Divide the prepared dough into balls the size of a small apple, roll the balls into flatbreads, place 1-2 tablespoons of filling on the flatbread, and pinch the edges like an open pie.

Fry in a hot pan with vegetable oil, placing the pies hole side down, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
