First, I'll make a few comments on the products. I took soft low-fat cottage cheese, you can take any that you have. If it is grainy, beat it thoroughly. And cheese, you can experiment here. It will be more tender with cream cheese.

Now I will move on to the preparation, it's all quite simple here. Whip the cottage cheese with sour cream and add the eggs. I always whip the egg whites separately and then add them.
- Soft cottage cheese: 150 g
- Sour cream 20%: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
2
Melt the margarine in a water bath and pour it into the mixture. You can also use vegetable oil, preferably olive oil, as it adds a savory flavor.
- Margarine: 70 g
3
Next, we add flour and baking powder. I always sift the flour to make the dough airy.
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Baking powder: pinch
4
Chop the onion finely and press it slightly with the flat side of the knife to release its juice. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the olives in half. Add everything to the dough.
- Onion: 1 piece
- Cheese: 100 g
- Olives: 100 g
5
Add salt. A bit of magical spicy herbs, can be used fresh or dried.
- Salt: to taste
6
Mix everything and pour into molds. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
