Place salt, sugar, and sifted flour at the bottom of the pot. Mix all this with part of the warmed milk (800 ml).

- Wheat flour: 350 g

Beat the eggs separately and pour them into the previously prepared mixture. Mix well.

Boil the remaining milk (200 ml) and pour it into the mixture in a thin stream while hot. Add 1.5 tbsp of sunflower oil and mix.

The pan should be well heated. Before baking each pancake, grease the heated pan with a piece of unsalted lard or half a raw potato dipped in the remaining sunflower oil.
