Sesame cookies

Sesame cookies are a delicate treat with a tender crispy texture and warm nutty aroma. Sesame, rich in beneficial oils, gives the cookies a unique flavor with a slight bitterness and caramel notes. This recipe is rooted in European baking traditions where the combination of simple ingredients creates an exquisite dessert. Perfect for cozy tea time or coffee breaks and complements light fruit desserts. It cooks quickly, and the aroma of freshly baked cookies instantly fills the home with warmth. The cookie's uniqueness lies in its transformation: while hot, it is soft and sticky but becomes crispy and crumbly after cooling. A wonderful choice for those who love refined yet simple homemade baking.
