Disappearing oatmeal cookies are a light, fragrant, and healthy dessert inspired by European culinary traditions. The sweetness of bananas harmonizes with the softness of oats, while raisins add pleasant fruity notes. A pinch of cinnamon gives the baked goods a warm spicy aroma, creating a cozy atmosphere. This recipe is unique in its simplicity and lack of sugar, making the cookies an excellent choice for those mindful of their diet. The name 'Disappearing' hints at how quickly they vanish from the table — they are that delicious! Perfect for breakfast, a light snack, or with a cup of tea in good company.
