Bitter chocolate cookies are a true symbol of refined taste and exquisite pleasure. Its history begins in European cuisine, where the combination of tender dough and rich chocolate chunks became a classic. This dessert captivates hearts with its crispy outer layer and soft, melting structure inside. Bitter chocolate adds a pleasant bitterness that balances the sweetness of the dough, while vanillin gives it an exquisite aroma. Perfect with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or fragrant tea, it also makes a wonderful addition to a cozy evening. Easy to prepare, it can create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort, reminding one of family traditions and friendly gatherings. Such cookies are not just a sweet treat but a small pleasure that brings joy with every bite.

1
We mix softened butter with sugar.
- Butter: 90 g
- Sugar: 0.5 glass
2
Then add the egg, vanilla, and mix until smooth.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vanillin: pinch
3
We cut the chocolate into pieces (I divided 1 piece into 4 parts) and add it to the dough, mix.
- Dark chocolate: 90 g
4
Then add flour and mix. The dough should be soft and stick to your hands.
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
5
We make cookies (I did this with a tablespoon, just placing a mound on the baking sheet — pre-grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil) and place them on the baking sheet.
6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Do not overbake! The cookies should not brown at the edges.
