1
Mix butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan, place it over medium heat and stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Then cool it down.
- Butter: 75 g
- Sugar: 60 g
- Milk: 50 ml
- Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
2
Separately beat the egg lightly with a fork or whisk. Add to the mixture and beat with a mixer.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
3
Mix the flour with baking soda and ginger, then add to the mixture. Whisk well until a soft and uniform dough forms.
- Whole wheat flour: 100 g
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground ginger: 1 teaspoon
4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (mark 5). Pour the dough into silicone tree, snowman, or human-shaped molds in an even and not too thick layer, as the dough will rise (the amount of resulting sponge will depend on the size of the molds). Bake for 15 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.

Once ready, completely cool the biscuit (for example, on a rack), then decorate with colorful pencils (chocolate ones work well). You can also decorate with icing made from powdered sugar by adding a few teaspoons of water or any juice.
