Chocolate cake with nuts for a multicooker

Chocolate nut cake for a multicooker is a true delight for lovers of rich cocoa flavor and delicate nutty notes. This dessert is inspired by classic European chocolate cakes that combine airy sponge layers with rich frosting. Thanks to the multicooker preparation, the batter retains its softness and tenderness, while the frosting soaks into the layers, making them juicy and aromatic. Nuts add an exquisite texture and pleasant crunch, enhancing the chocolate flavor. This cake is perfect for cozy family evenings or festive gatherings. It can be complemented with fresh berries or light vanilla cream. Each spoonful of this dessert brings a feeling of warmth and joy, turning an ordinary day into a small celebration.

1
We make a regular sponge cake batter, first whisking eggs with one cup of sugar until the volume doubles, then adding flour and whisking a bit more. Keep in mind that you will also need to add cocoa, which will make the batter thicker. Add 5 tablespoons of cocoa and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Cocoa: 10 tablespoons
2
We grease the multicooker with butter or margarine and pour in the batter. Set the 'Baking' mode for 60 minutes, close the lid, and start preparing the glaze and decoration for the cake.
- Butter: 50 g
3
Place all the ingredients for the glaze in a bowl with high sides: butter, milk, remaining sugar, and cocoa.
- Butter: 50 g
- Cream: 100 ml
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Cocoa: 10 tablespoons
4
Turn on a small flame and start stirring. Continue doing this until the glaze starts to thicken.
5
Add condensed milk and mix. Set the glaze aside.
- Condensed milk: 150 g
6
We crush the peeled nuts with a rolling pin on a newspaper.
- Nuts: 100 g
7
Don't rush to take the ready biscuit out of the multicooker. Slightly open the lid and let it cool a bit. The warm biscuit can already be cut in half.
8
We place the first layer on a plate and generously coat it with glaze. The more glaze, the more flavorful and moist the cake will be. We sprinkle nuts on top.
- Butter: 50 g
- Nuts: 100 g
9
Cover with the second layer and repeat the previously done procedure: drizzle with glaze and sprinkle with nuts.
- Butter: 50 g
- Nuts: 100 g
