Cheese cake is a refined treat of European cuisine that combines the lightness of the dough with a rich cheese flavor. The origins of this dish trace back to traditional French and Italian recipes where cheese was not only a staple but also a symbol of rich gastronomic heritage. The cake features a crispy golden crust and a soft, aromatic center where creamy Russian cheese and tangy Parmesan harmoniously blend. Cheese cake is perfect for cozy home tea parties as well as festive tables. It is delicious on its own but especially tasty with light creamy sauces or a glass of white wine. Its simplicity in preparation makes it accessible even for novice cooks, while its rich flavor is indispensable in any recipe collection.

1
Preheat the oven to 180–190 degrees.
2
Grate the cheeses: Russian on a coarse grater, Parmesan on a fine one (it's not really important, just more convenient this way).
- Russian cheese: 250 g
- Parmesan cheese: 50 g
3
Mix the liquid elements: eggs, sunflower oil, kefir, sugar, and salt. Whisk everything together.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
- Kefir: 5 tablespoon
- Sugar: 3 teaspoons
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
4
In a separate bowl, mix flour, starch, and baking powder.
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
- Potato starch: 4 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
5
Mix the liquid dough with the resulting dry mixture.
6
Add cheeses to the dough and mix.
- Russian cheese: 250 g
- Parmesan cheese: 50 g
7
Pour the batter into the mold and place it in the oven to bake for 40-50 minutes. In the end, there should be a golden crust.
