Freeze the butter beforehand, then grate it on a coarse grater. Add half of the sugar, flour, and baking soda. Rub together. It should form crumbs.
- Butter: 200 g
- Sugar: 250 g
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, the second half of the sugar, and the eggs. You can add vanilla and grated chocolate.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Sugar: 250 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Vanillin: to taste
- Chocolate: to taste

Place half of the crumbs in a baking dish. Spread it out without pressing down. Then add the cottage cheese filling on top, followed by the remaining crumbs.

Place the mold in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. Once ready, cool it down and put it in the refrigerator until completely cooled.
