Strawberry and Cream Roll

Chop the chocolate, place it in a saucepan with 150 ml of cream, and melt it over low heat, stirring occasionally. Then let it cool.
- White chocolate: 50 g
- Cream 35%: 350 ml

Whip 200 ml of cream with powdered sugar and a thickener. Gradually add the cooled mixture with white chocolate. Place the finished cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cream 35%: 350 ml

For the test, beat the egg whites, gradually adding 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.

Whisk the yolks with the remaining sugar and vanillin. While continuing to whisk, gradually pour in the oil. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg white mass. Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder.

- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 4 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon

Line a baking tray (36x28 cm) with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil. Carefully place the prepared dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cover the baked layer with a kitchen towel, quickly flip it over, and remove the parchment.

Carefully roll the still hot layer into a roll with a towel. Leave to cool. Cut the strawberries into small cubes (leave a few berries for decoration).

Unroll the cooled roll, spread with cream (leave some for decoration). Evenly place strawberries on the cream. Roll it up. Trim the edges.
