Semolina and oatmeal pancakes

Semolina-oat pancakes are a delicate and airy dish that combines traditional European ingredients. Semolina gives these pancakes a special softness, while oats provide pleasant texture and nutrition. Thanks to kefir, the batter becomes airy, and the egg adds tenderness. Such recipes originally emerged as a way to use available ingredients and create simple yet tasty breakfast dishes. These pancakes pair perfectly with honey, jam, or sour cream. They are not only delicious but also healthy since oats are rich in fiber and semolina makes the texture especially tender. Fried to a golden crust, they have a subtle creamy flavor with a slight tang from the kefir. A wonderful choice for a cozy morning breakfast!
