Chocolate slices with salt, nuts, and seeds are a refined combination of sweetness and spiciness that surprises with its harmony. This recipe is inspired by European traditions where chocolate is often paired with sea salt to enhance flavor. The deep, rich taste of dark chocolate is perfectly complemented by crunchy walnuts and aromatic sesame seeds, creating a rich texture. A light hint of cinnamon adds warmth and sophistication, while sea salt brings out the chocolate notes, making them brighter. These slices are perfect as an exquisite dessert for coffee or wine and as an original gift for connoisseurs of unusual flavor combinations. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible to everyone, turning ordinary ingredients into a true gastronomic delight.

1
Lightly roast the walnuts and sesame, break the nuts but not too finely.
- Peeled walnuts: 6 pieces
- White sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
2
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
- Dark chocolate 70%: 150 g
3
Lightly grease the baking paper with oil and pour in the melted chocolate. It's even better if you have a silicone baking mat — it doesn't need any greasing, and once set, the chocolate will come off easily. Spread the chocolate mixture to a thickness of no less than 3-4 mm. Sprinkle with coarse salt, cinnamon, sesame seeds, and walnuts. Let it cool and place it in the refrigerator.
