Cinnamon and apple rolls are a cozy and aromatic treat of Russian cuisine, reminiscent of warm family evenings and the smell of fresh baking. Their history is rooted in the traditions of home baking, where the combination of tender dough, spicy cinnamon, and juicy apples has become a true classic. The rolls have a soft texture with caramelized apple slices soaked in sweet syrup. The cinnamon note makes the flavor deep and rich, awakening warm memories. They pair perfectly with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee and can also be a wonderful addition to breakfast or a cozy tea time. The simplicity of preparation makes them accessible even for novice cooks, while their appetizing appearance and delightful aroma turn each roll into a small gastronomic pleasure.
