Mix the yolks with softened butter (180 g), salt, and sugar. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Then refrigerate it for 20-30 minutes.

- Wheat flour: 250 g

On a floured table, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut out cookies in any shape.
