GOST plombir is a classic of Soviet ice cream, combining the tenderness of cream and a rich milk flavor. This recipe dates back to the mid-20th century when quality standards ensured a rich taste and perfect texture. The creamy consistency is achieved through whipped cream and thickened milk mixture, while vanilla sugar adds a subtle aroma. Plombir is not just a dessert but a symbol of childhood, comfort, and true gastronomic pleasure. It is perfect for serving in waffle cups with fruits or chocolate sprinkles. As it cools in the freezer, it gains elasticity while remaining airy and soft. Ideal for summer refreshment and cozy winter evenings!
