Granola bars are a nutritious and aromatic snack that comes from American cuisine. Their story begins with a love for healthy and convenient snacks that can be enjoyed on the go or after an active day. The flavor of these bars is rich and layered: the sweetness of raisins and honey harmonizes with the nutty crunch of almonds and pumpkin seeds, while a hint of cinnamon adds a cozy touch. Banana puree makes the texture soft, while oats provide heartiness and richness. These bars are perfect for a quick snack or healthy breakfast, and making them at home allows for ingredient experimentation.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl (oats, raisins, almonds, flaxseed, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, cinnamon).
- Oat flakes: 2 glasss
- Dark raisins: 190 g
- Almond: 120 g
- Peeled pumpkin seeds: 0.5 glass
- Sunflower seeds: 0.3 glass
- Flax seeds: 0.5 glass
- Ground cinnamon: 2 tablespoons
3
In a blender, whip ripe soft bananas with olive oil and honey into a smooth puree.
- Bananas: 3 pieces
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Honey: 5 tablespoon
4
Mix the puree and dry granola mixture until smooth.
5
Line the baking tray with parchment paper, add the mixture, and smooth it out with a spoon. Do not make the bars too thin to avoid drying out during baking.

Send the bars to the oven for about 25 minutes, then take them out and cut into desired shapes with a knife for easier breaking later.
7
Send the bars for another 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
