Odessa-style dumplings with cherries

Pour in the kefir. Add sifted flour, salt, an egg, and knead the dough.
- Kefir 1%: 500 ml
- Wheat flour: 800 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it sit for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 2–3 mm.

We cut out circles and place cherries with powdered sugar in them.
