Wash the apples, wipe them, remove the core, and slice.
- Apple: 4 pieces

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares approximately 20x20 cm.
- Puff pastry: 500 g

Place a mound of sliced apples in the center of each square, sprinkle with a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. On top of the mound, add a small piece of butter and fresh mint leaves.

Secure the squares in the shape of bags.

Lay baking paper on a sheet. Place the bags on it.

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Bake for the first 10 minutes at a temperature of 200–220 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees.

The pouches are ready when the dough is golden brown.
