Oatmeal-cottage cheese cookies are a delicate and aromatic treat from Russian cuisine. Its recipe combines natural ingredients: cottage cheese, oatmeal, and dried fruits, making the cookies healthy and nutritious. Dates, cranberries, and raisins add sweetness and a pleasant tartness, while cinnamon and vanilla provide a warm spicy aroma. During the preparation process, the dough absorbs flavors, and after baking it acquires softness and a light crispy crust. Such cookies are perfect for breakfast or a snack, especially when paired with tea or coffee. Interestingly, they become even tastier the next day while retaining their juiciness and rich flavor. The simplicity of preparation and natural components make it an excellent choice for those who appreciate healthy and delicious treats.
