Coffee pie is a refined combination of airy dough and rich coffee aroma that awakens the senses and provides comfort. Coffee dessert recipes are believed to originate from Italy, where coffee is not just a drink but part of the culture and art of enjoying life. This pie has a delicate texture, light sweetness, and pleasant bitterness, making it an ideal complement to a morning espresso or evening cappuccino. Its simplicity allows even novice cooks to enjoy it. Its taste is harmonious—butter adds softness while kefir makes the dough airy. Such a pie is suitable for both everyday tea time and cozy gatherings with loved ones.
