Preparing a biscuit. First, sift the flour twice if possible. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Pour the yolks into a separate bowl and the whites into a larger container. Whip the egg whites and gradually add sugar one spoon at a time while continuing to whip; add vanilla as well. By the time the sugar is finished, the egg white mixture should be white and quite thick. Next, start adding yolks one spoon at a time without stopping whipping. Once done, set aside the mixer and move on to the flour. Gradually add flour to the mixture while stirring from bottom to top with a spoon. Quickly pour the batter into a greased form and place it in a preheated oven. Bake for about 25 minutes at 190–200 degrees Celsius. Do not peek into the oven while baking!
