Inspired by American cuisine, they combine the sweetness of mango, the nutty creaminess of cashews, and a subtle hint of vanilla. Lime zest adds a fresh citrus note, while turmeric provides a light warm spice. These candies require no baking and are quick to prepare, making them an ideal treat for a healthy snack. They can be served with tea, used as an exquisite dessert, or simply enjoyed for their natural flavor at any time of day. They not only delight the taste buds but also offer a sense of lightness and freshness. Their convenient format allows for easy portability, and their unique composition makes them an excellent choice for health-conscious eaters.

Soak the mango in cool water for 20-30 minutes, and soak the cashews for 4 hours (leave a handful of nuts dry, as we will need them for coating). After that, drain the water, squeeze the mango, and send it to the blender. Add the vanilla seeds, lime zest, honey, and turmeric. Blend everything until smooth.

Take a small amount of the candy mixture with a spoon and carefully roll it into a ball, coating it in nuts. The candies are very easy and quick to make.
