Italian sugar cookies are an exquisite dessert that harmoniously combines a crispy texture with delicate sweetness. This recipe originates from traditional Italian baking, where the simplicity of ingredients creates true culinary magic. A unique feature of the cookies is the use of light beer, which gives the dough airiness and lightness. When baked, they acquire an appetizing golden crust, and the sugar coating adds a pleasant caramel note. Perfect for morning coffee or gatherings with a cup of fragrant tea, these cookies will adorn any tea party, revealing the warm and cozy atmosphere of Italian family traditions.
