Beat room temperature butter with sugar. Add the egg. Start adding flour in small portions. Knead a uniform dough. Form a ball and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Before rolling out the dough, take it out of the fridge to bring it to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Line it in a tart pan.

Prick the dough all over with a fork. Cover with parchment and sprinkle dry beans on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Wash, dry, and slice the nectarines.

Beat the butter with sugar until creamy. Add ground almonds and beat again. Remove the base from the oven and let it cool. Pour the cream over the base. Place the nectarines, pressing them in slightly. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
