Soft orange cookies are a true embodiment of sunny Italian cuisine. This dessert evokes the cozy atmosphere of home tea gatherings in small Italian towns, where citrus trees envelop the streets with the aroma of fresh oranges. Its soft, slightly airy texture perfectly complements the rich fruit filling. The orange tang paired with the gentle sweetness of the dough creates a harmony of flavors that awakens memories of summer days. These cookies can be served as a morning treat with coffee or an evening dessert with tea, and also used as a delightful addition to festive tables. The ease of preparation makes it accessible even for novice cooks, while the freshness of natural ingredients turns each bite into a true gastronomic delight.
