Mix natural fat yogurt with sugar and leave the mixture until the latter is completely dissolved.
- Natural yoghurt: 600 g

Crush 88 grams of cookies (8 classic size pieces) in a blender into fine crumbs, add yogurt and blend until smooth. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.

Pour the chilled yogurt into the ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions. In the last minute of freezing, add the remaining coarsely crushed cookies (44 grams or 4 pieces). Transfer to an ice cream container and store in the freezer.

Or, if you don't have an ice cream maker, without pre-cooling in the fridge, pour the mixture into a container, add crushed cookies, place the container in the freezer and stir the yogurt every half hour until fully frozen.
