Rye muffins with chocolate are a delightful combination of rich chocolate flavor and the dense texture of rye flour. This recipe comes from American cuisine but has gained popularity among health food enthusiasts. The muffins are made with whole grain and rye flour, giving them a nutty taste and making the baked goods healthier. Small pieces of dark chocolate added to the batter and sprinkled on top create a rich chocolate aroma and tender texture. Buckwheat honey adds a light sweetness, while cocoa provides depth of flavor. These muffins are perfect for a cozy breakfast, a light snack, or as an accompaniment to a cup of aromatic coffee. They are not only tasty but also nutritious due to the use of natural ingredients. The simplicity of preparation makes them an excellent choice even for beginner bakers.
