Jam-filled fingers are a cozy treat of Russian cuisine, infused with the aromas of home comfort and warm memories. Their soft, airy dough enriched with butter perfectly complements the fruity sweetness of the jam. The recipe originated in family traditions where baking symbolized care and hospitality. Fingers are easy to prepare and can be served with tea, coffee, or milk while enjoying their soft taste with a light caramel crust. They are perfect for both everyday treats and festive gatherings. The ease of preparation and availability of ingredients have made them a favorite dessert for many generations.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the fingers on a baking tray. Bake until done.
