Light Brownie with Prunes

Light brownie with prunes is a refined blend of classic American dessert with healthy ingredients. Historically, brownies appeared in the USA in the late 19th century and have since become a favorite treat worldwide. This recipe variant makes the dessert airy and rich by adding prunes, which provide softness and a rich fruity note. Almonds and oat flour add a nutty touch, while cocoa gives a deep chocolate aroma. Yogurt and egg whites create a delicate texture while maintaining lightness. This brownie is perfect for those watching their diet but not wanting to give up sweets. It can be served with a cup of aromatic coffee or warm tea, enjoying every bite.

1
Grind the almonds in a blender into flour (if you have oatmeal, grind it together with the almonds).
- Almond: 25 g
- Oat flakes: 50 g
2
We add yogurt, egg whites, starch, sweetener, and cocoa powder to the blender. We blend everything again.
- Natural yoghurt: 115 g
- Egg white: 2 pieces
- Potato starch: 0.5 teaspoon
- Cocoa: 25 g
- Stevia extract: 0 ml
3
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (I used silicone, nothing sticks to it). Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
- Prunes: 60 g
- Oat flour: 50 g

After cooking, let it cool, remove from the mold, and cut into 10 portions.
