Sour cream cake made from crackers is an amazing combination of tenderness and texture, where the airy sour cream mass envelops crunchy pieces of cracker, creating a harmony of taste. This dessert originates from Russian cuisine, where the simplicity and availability of ingredients transform into a refined treat. Thanks to gelatin, the cake gains lightness, while grated chocolate adds a rich aroma. The finishing touch is the decoration with fruits and a thin layer of jelly that gives the dessert an appetizing shine. It is best served chilled so that all layers soak and achieve a unified structure. It is perfect for family dinners and cozy tea parties, surprising guests with its tenderness and rich flavor.
