Curd candies with almonds and coconut

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or blender, add a little honey (just enough to keep the mixture from being liquid!) and mix until smooth.
- Cottage cheese: 300 g
- Liquid honey: 3 tablespoons

Take a little cottage cheese with a teaspoon, place an almond in the center, and form a ball (I used 2 teaspoons).
