Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, line the baking tray with greased parchment.

Dissolve coffee in milk.
- Instant coffee: 1 teaspoon
- Milk: 1 tablespoon

Beat the butter with sugar until white, add sour cream, coffee diluted in milk, and beat again. You can add 2-3 drops of vanilla flavoring. Sift flour mixed with cocoa on top and quickly knead the dough to a consistency slightly softer than plasticine.
- Butter: 60 g
- Sugar: 80 g
- Sour cream: 4 tablespoons
- Instant coffee: 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Cocoa powder: 2 teaspoons

Grease hands with vegetable oil, roll the dough into elongated balls the size of cherries, then press each ball in the middle with a wooden toothpick down to the bottom; you can wet the toothpick with water to prevent it from sticking to the dough.
