Cut the apples in half and remove the core. Slice them thinly (of course, it depends on the size of the apple, but on average - 40 slices per apple).
- Apple: 2 pieces

Making syrup: mix sugar (3 tablespoons) and lemon juice in water. Bring to a boil.
- Water: 500 ml
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

We will put our apple slices in there for a couple of minutes. We take them out. We place them on a paper towel to drain excess moisture.

Mix sugar (5 tablespoons), cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add lemon zest and mix again. Roll out the dough and evenly sprinkle it with this mixture.

We cut the dough into strips (about 4 centimeters), place apples (4 slices fit on each strip).
- Yeast-free dough: 500 g
- Apple: 2 pieces

We twist the strips into spirals. We moisten the tip to prevent them from coming apart in the oven.

Place the future buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
