Banana soufflé
2 servings
40 minutes
Banana soufflé is a delicate and airy treat that comes from American cuisine. Its lightness is ensured by whipped egg whites, while the sweet taste and rich aroma come from bananas and peaches. Cottage cheese adds a creamy texture, making the dessert even more enjoyable. This dish is perfect for breakfast, a light snack, or even an exquisite finish to dinner. During preparation, sugar or cinnamon can be added to enhance the flavor. The final touch is chocolate pudding, which adds more depth and contrast to the soufflé. Served warm or chilled, it will delight anyone who appreciates refined simplicity and harmony of flavors.
