Brew coffee and let it cool. Add a tablespoon of your favorite brandy, liqueur, or rum.
- Freshly brewed coffee: 200 ml

Prepare the cream. For this, blend 1 banana and quail egg yolks, then add mascarpone. Separately, whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix the banana-mascarpone mixture with the egg whites and gently fold together.
