Wash the raisins. Mix all the ingredients, add the raisins, and mix again. The consistency resembles thick sour cream.
- Light raisins: 100 g
- Dark raisins: 100 g
- Kefir 3.2%: 600 ml
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
