Thick kefir pancakes are a cozy and traditional dish of Russian cuisine that warms the soul. They have a fluffy and tender texture due to the combination of kefir and baking soda, making them especially airy. The slight tanginess of kefir harmonizes with the sweetness of sugar and subtle vanilla notes.
