Preparing caramel: bring 100 g of sugar, the juice of half a lemon, and 2 tablespoons of water to a boil. Pour the caramel into molds and let it cool.
- Sugar: 180 g
- Lemon: 0.5 piece
- Water: 2 tablespoons

Bring milk and vanilla extract to a boil, then cool.
- Milk: 500 ml
- Vanilla essence: 1 tablespoon

Beat the remaining 80 g of sugar with 3 eggs and 2 egg yolks. Continue stirring, gradually add the cooled milk and mix for 3-5 minutes.

- Chicken egg: 5 piece
