Mannik with condensed milk

Semolina cake with condensed milk is a tender and airy pie loved by many for its simplicity and incredible taste. The origins of this treat go back to home baking, where semolina is used to create a soft texture. The cake is quick and easy to prepare: margarine gives the dough a special tenderness, while condensed milk adds sweetness and a velvety texture. When baked, it acquires a golden crust, and after soaking with condensed milk, it becomes even more moist and melts in the mouth. This is a wonderful dessert for a cozy family tea time or a light treat with coffee. It can be served warm or chilled, complemented by fresh berries or nuts for flavor variety.
