Starch-based chocolate paste is a refined treat rooted in European culinary traditions. Its delicate, velvety texture and rich chocolate flavor make it an ideal addition to breakfast or dessert. Thick and aromatic, it can serve as a filling for baked goods or as a standalone treat. Starch gives the paste a unique density, while butter adds softness and silkiness. The taste is harmoniously balanced between the sweetness of sugar and the depth of cocoa.
