Heat 25 grams of sugar and frozen berries in a saucepan until the fruits start to slightly thaw, then cover with a lid and 'cook' on low heat for another 7-8 minutes until soft. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Powdered sugar: 75 g
- Frozen berries: 350 g

Dissolve gelatin in 100 ml of hot water according to the instructions, then let it cool.

Whip the egg whites into a foam, then add the remaining sugar and whip again until it reaches a meringue state.

- Powdered sugar: 75 g

Put the yogurt in a bowl. Gradually add: eggnog, vanilla extract, cooled gelatin.
- Greek yogurt: 500 g
- Powdered sugar: 75 g
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Layer into molds: several spoons of yogurt mixture, then berry puree (slightly swirl with a spoon for a spiral effect), and repeat layers — yogurt/berries/spiral.
- Greek yogurt: 500 g
