Strawberry tiramisu light

Strawberry tiramisu is an exquisite dessert inspired by the classic Italian recipe but adapted for lightness and freshness. Instead of traditional mascarpone, it uses low-fat cottage cheese, and instead of savoiardi cookies, there are delicate layers of bananas and strawberries soaked in the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. This dessert has a rich flavor: the combination of tart-sweet strawberries, the softness of cottage cheese, and the depth of dark chocolate creates harmony in every bite. Light and airy, it is perfect for a summer dinner or a romantic evening.
