Cottage cheese croissants with jam are a cozy treat inspired by the traditions of Russian cuisine. Their history dates back to home baking when housewives aimed to create delicate and aromatic sweets from simple ingredients. The cottage cheese dough gives the croissants a special softness and lightness, while the sweet jam adds fruity freshness and a pleasant tartness. They are enjoyed warm, paired with fragrant tea or coffee, creating an atmosphere of comfort and family warmth. They are especially good in winter when using tangerine jam that adds a festive mood. Perfect for breakfasts, friendly gatherings, or just as a delightful snack throughout the day. Easy to make yet extraordinarily tasty, they bring joy to everyone who tries them.
